How to request a physical card?

1. Go to the Every.io Cards page and click "Create Card"
2. Follow directions for "Create a New Card"
3. When it asks you "What kind of card do you want to issue?", answer "Physical"
4. Indicate the address you want the card shipped to 
5. Click "Submit"

*For now, the physical card will be a blank white card
